The restaurant offered exceptional accommodations and boasted a gorgeous view of Banderas Bay. the stunning location was just a 10-minute walk to the center, making the hotel an ideal spot for enjoying a wonderful area.

Marvellous and stunning location, an easy walk to everywhere.

The location was the best and stunning, just next door to the fabulous beach, the Occidental Nuevo Vallarta for many years because of the wonderful people that work there, and Japanese restaurants. Had well-kept and well-equipped double room with 2 beds and wake-up service was available in it. The most important was the stuff - very amiable and top-class people.

I liked my garden room. I could open the front door to get fresh air.

Leaseholds are very dated. Furniture is soiled and scratched. Garbage cans in hall all dented. Water flood from bathroom vent. Sheets are not changed -bed just remade. Towels are threadbare and grey. Food is average. Quality of ingredients not great.

This hotel had a great restaurant with air conditioning where I enjoyed some excellent dishes.

Cannot sleep in the beds. When I asked for something to sleep I they said for me to go to Walmart. They advertise a ocean view but can’t see but a sliver of ocean very far away. No balcony exist In hotel and windows do not open. Wine horrible only one of 4 restaurants are any good.

The location here is fantastic! It's just a short walk to the marina, where you can catch a water taxi to Vallarta Adventures, which is a great perk. I stayed for two nights and dined at the à la carte restaurant, which had air conditioning — definitely nice to have! 😎.
